Mr. Anthony Selom Dzadzra a Princeton graduate is the Director, Policy Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Ministry of Energy.
   
Prior to that he was the Director of the Revenue Policy Division (RPD) at the Ministry of Finance, supervising the formulation of revenue policies. He was also the Head of the Tax Policy Unit. In that capacity, he led a team that was responsible for tax policy formulation and legislation and nurtured the Unit to a Division status.  
 
Mr. Anthony Dzadzra is a lawyer and an economist by profession. He holds a Post First Degree, Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghana, Legon, Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Princeton University, USA, Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a post graduate Diploma in Public Policy, Governance and Democratization from the Institute of Social Studies, the Netherlands and a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture, Akropong-Akwapem.  
 
Mr. Dzadzra is a Pastor and a Marriage Counsellor at Fountain Gate Chapel, the Gate Pastures, Accra. He is a member of the International Presbytery of Fountain Gate Chapel.
 
He is married to Justine and they have 4 children.
